Engine Shed - South London

The Engine Shed is a special interest group for children and young people with autism who like trains. They can play, talk and enjoy their interest in a welcoming, safe and relaxing environment – and their parents can talk in a supportive atmosphere.

🚂🎂🎉 On Saturday 14 September, we will be celebrating our * 1st birthday * with a very special open day at Streatham Youth Centre.

* We’ll have our Tomy and Brio train sets as usual.
* The Hornby layout will be back
* There will be cake 🎂
… and we’ll even have a real steam engine in the building!

We’ll be open from 2-4pm, and it will be great to see everyone who has enjoyed our trains over the last 12 months.

We’re at the Streatham Youth Centre off Conyers Road, SW16. It’s a short walk from Streatham and Streatham Common railway stations, or lots of bus routes on the Streatham High Road. There is parking available in local streets.

We ask for a £5 donation on the door to cover the cost of venue hire and wear and tear on the trains.
